We present a 37-year-old woman who was diagnosed with left cornual pregnancy. As the patient desired future fertility, she recieved a single dose (50 mg/m2) of methotrexate (MTX) intramuscularly. In follow-up, we had to administer two more doses of MTX. To our knowledge, this is the first cornual pregnancy case treated with 3 doses of MTX without any side effects.
