Laparoscopic management of adnexal mass during pregnancy: a case report

The reported average incidence of adnexial mass complicating pregnancy is 1 in 600 live births.Our case is a 90x70x90 mm biloculated cystic ovarian mass with 6 weeks of gestation and and cyst ecsision was made with laparoscopy. Definitive histopthological diagnosis was serous cystadenoma of the ovary. The subsequent antenatal courses of the patient and fetus were uncomplicated, and at the time of 40 weeks of gestational age,a 2880 gr,healthy baby delivered by cesarean section.
