OBJECTIVE: Although the incidence of the antenatal eclampsia is decreasing, the incidence of the postpartum eclampsia is increasing relatively. CASE: Late onset postpartum eclampsia with severe vulvar edema, massive proteinuria, preterm labor was presented. CONCLUSION: Late onset postpartum eclampsia can be prevented with patient’s education and pay attention to the early eclamptic symptoms.
