The incidence of the synchronous primary endometrial and ovarian carcinoma is 30-40% on postmortem and 5-15% on postoperative histopathologic examination. In this article, we presented, 41 years-old woman who had synchronous primary papillary carcinoma of endometrium and serous papillary carcinoma of bilateral ovaries. The prognosis of the synchronous primary carcinoma of the endomerium and ovaries is better than each of endometrial or ovarian carcinoma alone. Therefore, determining the diagnosis of the synchronous primary carcinoma of endometrium and ovaries is crucial.
