Unilateral complete uterovaginal duplication with hematocolpos and hematometra and ipsilateral renal agenesis: a case report

Several Mullerian abnormalities have been described. Although the most frequent abnormality related to the retention of the menstrual blood is imperforate hymen, others abnormalities with collection of the menstrual blood have been also defined. In this article we want to present a case of unilateral complete uterovaginal duplication with hematocolpos and hematometra associated to ipsilateral renal agenesis.
